I agree with you 200%, but i have a question. Did Khmer to day administration have a gut enough to joint with you ? This question is in all khmer mind and we never have an answer . The government Khmer of to day seem to stay inactive and to whatever it take by smothering this take over land as quieter as possible . WE Khmer don't want to insult the work of our own government, but the attitude of stay immobile, inactive , stand firm and protect legality of intruder enemy who take over our Khmer border farm land are real troubling. Blink their eyes on Khmer tear and suffering , or arrested and put in prison, Khmer owner, who lost their land to enemy Yuon and dare to stand up and fight with their livelihood lost, is an absolute disgusting beyond imaginable . I hope this time may be you can build a magic relationship with them and you can change their mind and complexity to lean backward and help solve this troubling problem . God bless you all if it is successful .

I respectfully agree with Kim Ea.

The main obstacle at hand is Hun Sen (and his CPP). Let it be known that the Viets like to see Khmers fight Khmers. They just sit and watch Cambodia destroys itself, and laugh. Then they pat on Hun Sen’s back and say, “Smart boy, very smart.” When you fight among your own kind and bow to foreign entity, that is the most ignorant thing a nation can do to itself.

No matter how big a country is, so long as there is no unity, the big is small. On the hand, even if a country is small but the unity is strong, the small is big.

And I also respectfully agree with H.E. Sam Rainsy. Let us put aside any differences. It is human nature to have differences. But let us minimize those differences and maximize the strength of the whole. It is time for Hun Sen and the CPP to wake up and smell the coffee. The water is up to your nose, are you going to stay still and suffocate to death? Forty years are enough.

In 1964, King Sihanouk deposited Cambodia’s official map at the United Nations and distributed them to all relevant nations. This official map was internationally recognized by the UN, member states, including Vietnam.

Why was there a need to establish the 1985 and 2005 supplemental treaty with Vietnam? That is because Vietnam wants more waters and lands from Cambodia. It’s that simple. The only way to do that is to force its puppet to sign illegal treaties so that a new boundary line is redrawn in favor of Vietnam. But that is against the current Cambodia’s 1993 Constitution, which refers to the internationally recognized map 1963-69 as the official map. It is also of important note that the maps attached to the 1985 and 2005 treaties were not deposited at the UN and are “confidential.”

Why do Vietnam and its puppet make these “Made in Vietnam” maps confidential? It must be an illegal activity; otherwise it would be public.

That means it is crystal clear that Vietnam blatantly violates the sovereignty of Cambodia and Cambodia has full rights to defend herself at the international court.

The question remains, in the eyes of the law [suppose it will end up in the International Court] the current or the next Khmer government can challenge the Viet/YUON to win back our land.

Nous nous demandons simplement si jamais nous aurions eu de la chance de défier Hanoi à la court internationale pour récupérer notre territoire perdu au Vietnam jusqui'ici?

Someone on here already said it and I agree: Hun Sen government will not have the guts to take Hanoi to court despite the strong push from the CNRP camp. But we'll see...
