[The Ministry of Culture has turned down the opposition party CNRP’s request to hold a religious ceremony in memory of those who perished under the KR regime at the Museum of Genocide on 17th April].

No surprise there!

These so-called "memorials" and "stupas" are not there to commemorate the victims' memory, but rather to serve the real killers and 'genocide' plotters' political propaganda only – even if they had only done so in the main by proxy means and by way of indoctrination via the actual people who pulled the triggers or wielded the axes.

Even the insistence on the use of the term "genocide" gives us some clue as to the real intention and motivation, or the identity of the party who would have been and are thus still responsible for having committed the mass killings then.

The term 'genocide' as such makes the atrocities more easily digestible to governments and citizens around the world as this same word has always been well established in their minds, and recalls the atrocities engineered by the Nazi regime across Europe some decades earlier.

One of the reasons why the Vietnamese banned the Khmer word "Yuon" during their occupation of Cambodia and labelled it "racist" is because they did not want their well publicised campaign about this 'genocide' [in Cambodia] to be linked or traced back historically to all the genocides they or their ancestors [who have always been known as "Yuon" to all their victims/nations] had committed in recent memory.

The success of this 'genocide' propaganda campaign along with the success in getting many to accept that the term "Yuon" is loaded with racialist or "pejorative" undertones place the due responsibility firmly with the Khmers or Cambodians themselves as architects of their own tragedy and sufferings. And since the word "Yuon" or "yuon" is so commonly uttered as part of Cambodians' everyday vocabulary and language [simply because any other alternative references are not part of their common speech] the easiest or most obvious of assumption for outsiders as well as uncritical minds to draw is that this ‘racist’ sentiment must be widespread, as indeed, has been pointed out in a recent response by the editor of the Phnom Penh Post to Rainsy' letter to the Post regarding the legitimate [or otherwise] use of the term in question.

Thus, both the 'genocide' campaign and the demand to affect how the Khmer people should use their own language and vocabularies lead logically to the banning and criminalising of Cambodian 'nationalism' itself, or to the end of any hope many Cambodians may have over the idea of reviving national sovereignty or political independence as such.

Here is the main definition for ‘genocide’ as provided by Google:

"The deliberate killing of a large group of people, especially those of a particular nation or ethnic group."

The Chams or other ethnic groups might have been deliberately targeted by the KR regime, yet all these ethnic groups had had, and have still even today, shown indisputable signs of peaceful co-existence with the majority Khmers as the dominant group. Even the 'Khmers' themselves are thoroughly mixed or diluted with most of these other ethnic groups anyway through historical interbreeding. The other obvious detail to note in this context is that these majority Khmers had not been spared from this ‘genocide’ either regardless how one chooses to conjecture as to the KR’s so-called ‘xenophobia’ towards various ethnic groups at the time.

One interesting fact is that only one major ethnic group of all Cambodia’s pre-war ethnic minorities had somehow escaped this Pol Pol era "genocide", and this group had been former ethnic Vietnamese residents in Cambodia who had left the country and returned to Vietnam prior to and/or just after the KR take-over in April 1975.

Those yuon groups that left and came back after K.R ousted by yiekcong were yiekminh agents and yuon sympathizer like Hun Kwaq,Chea Shit Heng dumRin or Sdach pel Sihanouk etc. These were yuon's dogs, now serving their master to destroy our nation or to put our nation as their colonization under Ho's plans.I am glad that Khmers rebel against ah Kwaq, disrupted Hanoi's plans to swallow srok Khmer like Champa or our sister Kampuchea krom. Please help liberate our mother's land and unites all Khmers to fight barbarian-Yuon all together.May god bless all Khmers patriotism/nationalism and democracy to flourish under cNRP new era lead by Lok Sam Rainsy, please help support him to liberate our mother's land from barbaric-race YUON!

Let it be known that not even a lion pride commits killings on its own pride. Genocide means one race commits killings on a different race in an attempt to wipe out that race. Clearly Vietnam committed genocide on Khmer race in an attempt to wipe out that race using all available opportunities.

Vietnamese are opportunists. In the 1980s, Vietnam committed mass killings of children and adults from their deceptive and barbaric K5 Plan.

We know Vietnamese, properly called YOUNS, committed genocide in Cambodia. We know YOUNS brought in their Third Hand to kill innocent people at Veng Sreng.

Never trust YOUNS!

The dead Grandpa Ho was successful in making beleive Khmers kill Khmers.
At the beginning, even the Khmer people strongly believed Pol Pot did all the killings, not so
the dead Grandpa Ho infiltrated and commandeered Angka Leur. The invasion of Cambodia was well prepared by the implanted Khmer Vietminhs at the direction of Hanoi.

Toppling or decommissioning Hanoi's puppet Hun Sen is only curing the symtoms.
We must cure the cancer itself.

The long term solution is to have severe sanctions imposed against Vietnam and its key leaders.

But if the CPP want to do it they don’t even have to ask for the permission.

Yuon has killed millions of Khmer people, especially through its brainwashed Khmer Vietminh.

But the International Community (IC) did not notice it.

On the contrary, the IC has noticed that Khmer people are racist for calling the Vietnamese Yuon. And actually Yuon is a nice word that Khmer people use to call the Vietnamese, or Chen for Chinese.

The CNRP should consider this issue as one battle field that the CNRP needs to address and find way to explain the International Community about the root cause of Cambodia problem, which largely stemming from Vietnam's ambition to swallow Cambodia.

It is so sad to see the CNRP in a defensive position clarifying the word Yuon to the International Community.

The CNRP needs to launch some preemptive strikes or some offensive attacks by gathering some concrete evidence of the Vietnam's involvement in the killings during the Pol Pot's era or the K5 project, which made about one half million of Khmer people perished.

For example, Hun Sen and Vietnsm' refusal to have cases 3 and 4 in the Khmer Rouge tribunal implied that they had involvement in the killings during the Khmer Rouge regime.

Well, it is already happening, international community are now very much aware of this issue and no longer want to support this CPP made of VC controlling freaks no more. So far, US has already cut of some $80M per year and so as EU and other donors. Right now, this evil VC group is in panic mode and is trying every other means to cause more trouble on us e.g going through land grabbing, stealing, robbing and killing, why? Because they can never survive well without robbing from us. They are full of shit. So far been caught re-handed e.g how they have fooled the international community for the last 30 also like, exploiting the poor to get more donations but only to fall into their evil hands ( we been robbed), they controlled everything from govt level to small businesses, making sure Khmers are at their lowest level, so that they can continue to exploite us. They even control the court system, making sure no one gets charge, like to prolong the process to continue to recieve more funding from UN etc. they have made a fool out of the international community to make look bad. Fortunately, everything comes with, now is the time to reveal such truth, so, shame on you evil VC controlling freaks. Your nation is a doomed nation. How wicked you are, now everyone can see, is it worth it? Who would say to a thief, like 'well done'? None, but they would say to the righteous ones though. The end

I am one of the compatriots. I refuse to let this eviil Sinorook bloodline to contimue to rule. Because of them, that why we are what we are today. If possible, if they really love our country and nation, they should get out of her (Cambodia) right now or just kill themselves to pay back to those innocent souls who die to protect it but only to be betrayed by it e.g how the fk king Sinorrock helping to release those evil VC after being caught red handed but only to let then turn around to kill them instead, who is the real traitor here? This evil king Sinoorook was the main caused for its destruction, killing millions more thereafter.

In 1993, once again his evil bloodline son Ranarith came on board but only to cause more harm, hundreds more been killed between his armed forces and the Hun CPP made of VC controlling freaks. Today, his other evil bloodline is set to continue to help to destroy us, like father like sons e.g how this gay king Hemoni helping to form a one party group made of VC controlling freaks to be in the lead, when in fact CRNP was the winner to start with. But the evil CPP made if VC took the power in into their own hands, threaten to kill both Sam and Kem that night, when is it going to end?

For sure, Our country and people will not be at peace unless, this evil bloodline are all gone dead, why? Because they are a curse to our nation, they are purely evil. I mean after 3 million death, why still allowing them to continue, instead of punishing them for what they had done! Where is social right and social justice? Today, Hun Sen also thanks to this evil bloodline too, saying ' thanks to the dumb, dumb king, I am now a king' but he forgot that the seat is a 'curse seat'. only the ones pure at heart, soul and mind can sit on it or else, they will lose their face, just like Sinorook did.

I would never want to sit on it, unless I am a chosen one, I don't mind but it also means that I have to give up my life for it, that is to live to protect its country and nation, not to betray it. The end

Has anyone on this forum looked into the Rwanda genocide took place in 1993? Under Clinton Administration? In 100 days or so 800,000 thousand people were massacred. All about one race more "superior" above another. The International Community new about it but they did nothing to stop the killing. It seem to be a deliberate act on the UN and US that the massacre should take take place. Because they were in Rwanda but pull out and the massacre took place.

It is easy to see if the UN wants to reduce world population such an event fits the bill to accomplish their Agenda 21.

I dont get you DUMB Khmer. it only takes 1 person to save 15 million lives. 1 person to be a Khmer hero and lives as a saviour to the Khmer race.

Hun Sen has killed countless people, even those wo were close to him. Hun Sen killed many Khmer in Pol Pot, then betrayed Pol Pot and join the Youn.

Before he became to power as the Prime Minister, Hun Sen killed and allowed countless thousands of Khmer to be killed by Youn in the K5 genocide.

To today, Hun Sen is free from his involvement in the K5 genocide during the Vietnamese occupation.

So what does it take for one Khmer to save 15 million population?? Hun Sen killed Hok Lndy and took down the plane witha rocket launcher. Yet Hun Sen is free.

Stop cursing Hun Sen and return Hun Sen his own karma.

DUMB Khmer.

Ah Drugunshit
You are full of shit just like your boss Evil VC controlling freaks, People don't just hate people for nothing, you must have done something bad or horrible thing to them. Because all things come with trust but when that trust is broken, all hell broke lose. Our king Sinorook trusted you evil people and has helped you evil from losing the war between you and your opponent, but instead of thanking this so called 'winning war', you went helping pol pot to kill us without him knowing it. This what he said ' Vietnamese people are very nice, but their leaders are so wicked to the core, very cruel and full of manipulation' , then king Sinorook added ' I told Hun Sen so many times that, I have helped VC with all my might , helping them to join between the Noeth and the South and in return they said they would help me to gain back my throne, but not, they then went on to criticie me none stop, they are expansionists and they are like crocodiles' and then Hun Sen added, the truth, there are over 100, 000 vc armed forces working width in our system, nobody wants to lose their land or sea but because we are under their controlled. See what I mean ah Drugunshit, you evil nation is full of shit, instead of thanking us for what we have done for you, you turn around and say we Khmer owed you everything, you poison us and then you pretended to come to cue us, is that right? You can fool the vulnerable but once they found out the truth, that's it? Pounce your trust is broken, you are in the deep shit, you are your own enemy. From now on, no one in this world will ever believe you and your evil nation ever again. The end
